SUCKS!!! DO NOT BUY IT!!! HD? Why dun you get yourself a cable!!! Bad Reception… It doesn’t stand… once you extend the antenna, it loses its balance, and tips over… this sucks… I threw it away… looking for something besides this… This is made in China so it’s very crap!!! DO NOT WASTE MONEY!!!

They should put disclaimer on the description that you need a HD receiver to use this Antennae. Most HD TV’s do not have a HD receiver and it costs like $150 to purchase.

Was really excited at this being better than the Zenith Silver Sensor. Don’t let the same design fool you. The “wand” part was very ill fitting and felt like it didn’t “connect”. I think that was part of the problem.
Sideways, up ways, or slant ways, this doesn’t hold a candle to the Silver Sensor. Even the strong stations had diminished signal strength in comparison. It’s looks nicer. That’s it.
As I understand, this has been discontinued. Sad though, with the dipole VHF antenna combo, it was promising. But this thing is a broken promise.
Is an inferior HD antenna, and that is the main reason I bought it. Though I read a report it is just fine for regular TV transmission.

This antenna did not work satisfactory. I purchased item from Amazon but it actually came from Ritz.com I tried to return item to Ritz Camera as dircted by Ritz.com customer service and Ritz Camera local store manager refused. So I am out the money and left with an item that I do not want. This is bad customer service. From now on, if I order from Amazon, it will be books and CD’s only.

This digital TV conversion is the biggest blunder the American Government has ever allowed American Corporations to perpetrate on the American Public. I grew up messing around with antennas, moving them around trying to get a signal, etc. At least with analog TV a signal could ’sort of’ come in with snow on the screen leaving you to decide whether or not you wanted to bother messing with the antenna. My cousin lives on a hilltop in Cincinnati – a seemingly perfect perch for reception – and he gets 3 channels normally with this thing – sometimes more depending on which way the wind blows I guess. Most of the other channels just show a pretty blue screen. He’s tried many other options for over the air digital TV and they are all the same. Needless to say he has renewed his cable subscription. This is such a huge step backward in terms of technology. Don’t do it. If you have cable, pay the bucks and just keep it. If you can’t get cable and can afford a dish, do that. Use this over the air stuff only as a last resort and even then don’t expect much. Messing around with this if you don’t have to is a total waste of your time. You’ve been warned.
